UPSTAIRS, LOCKED (Largest) KING BEDROOM WE PROVIDE: - TV, hamper, hangars, clothes storage - Linens, towels, wash cloth — as needed DO NOT WASH!!!!!!!!!! - Toilet paper (3/monthly guest) - Trash bags, dish/hand soap, shower essentials - Fully stocked kitchen: pots, seasonings, etc - Instapot, airfryer, ninja, crockpot WE EXPECT: - Cleaning up immediately after cooking - Bathroom mindfulness We DON’T provide: - Paper towels - Second chances after disrespect The space SINGLE FAMILY ROOM RENTAL COMMON AREAS: - KITCHEN - LIVING ROOM - DINING ROOM - FRONT PORCH - Smoking is okay on STOOP not inside porch - BATHROOM W/ STANDING SHOWER - If all rooms are booked, 3 people will be sharing - Guests are expected to shower once a day - Coordinate with others to ensure mindful usage Guest access Guests have private access to their reserved bedroom and shared access to the home's common areas. Shared spaces include: - Upstairs bathroom with a standing shower - Main-floor bathroom with a bathtub - Fully equipped kitchen for cooking/food preparation - Comfortable living room - Washer and dryer located in the basement All bathrooms and common areas are shared with other guests staying in the home. Guests are welcome to use these spaces throughout their stay and are expected to clean up after themselves, respect other occupants, and keep shared areas tidy. Access to other guests' private bedrooms is not permitted. During your stay I respect my guests' privacy while remaining available to assist throughout their stay. I'm easily reached through Airbnb messaging for questions or concerns. Guests enjoy an independent stay in a welcoming, shared-home environment. Other things to note This is a shared home with other guests. Bathrooms and common areas are communal. Strict NO-SHOES policy indoors; shoes must be removed upon entry. Only registered guests are permitted. No visitors or pets. Please respect others' privacy, keep noise levels reasonable, and clean up after yourself.
