Nash Town House, comfy & near all!

This charming townhouse is located in the hip Woodbine neighborhood 5 miles South of down town Nashville. This 3 bed 2.5 bath home is colorful and comfortable with two queen size beds and a full over full bunk bed. Near airport, shopping & activities, most areas of Nashville are within 15 minute drive and down town is closer. Uber is a great way to get around for those without a vehicle. The neighborhood is safe but not especially walkable although there are many restaurants within a few blocks The space This colorful abode was my very first home. I have loved it and taken great care to make it warm and inviting. My husband and I are moving into our new house and have decided to invite you over to stay in our charming townhouse! It is a 1500 sq ft 3 bed 2 1/2 bath house. The master has a queen size bed and another queen size bed in one of the guest bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a full over full bunk bed set. There is also a wonderful couch in the living room down stairs for relaxing for for that 9th house guest. The downstairs has a built in office area so those who need to work from their laptop can have the work space. From the super comfortable couch you can watch the large flat screen TV which is set up with a smart Sony blue ray disk player which is enabled with our Netflix account for your enjoyment. You can also connect with your own accounts to the various apps the DVD player offers or watch one of the DVD's there at the house. The back patio has some seating and tables inside a fenced in area with cafe lights so you can relax out doors. Outside the fence we have a fire pit guests are welcome to use at your own risk. We just ask you to clean up after yourselves and leave the outdoor space as you found it! Guest access You have access to the whole place. The attic is off limits and will be locked. Other things to note Our neighbor hood is a lot of fun. We have hipster coffee and crepe shops mixed in with Mexican panaderias and hooka bars. Our part of town is just about the only place where you have so many international food options at your fingertips while still being only 15 minutes from the airport, 12 minutes from down town and 10 minutes away from shopping. We are walking distance from the Nashville Zoo as well!
