Comfortable Lake Tahoe home close proximity to South Lake Tahoe Ski Areas, State Line Casinos, beaches, restaurants and walking distance to Lake Tahoe. Quiet family oriented neighborhood just outside of the Tahoe Keys allows peace and tranquility. We have a strict no loud noise or partying policy. We like our neighbors and want to keep them as friends. If you or anyone in your party is allergic to dogs, this is not the house for you as we are huge supporters of Guide Dogs for the Blind. The space Quiet and comfortable, our home is just outside of the Tahoe Keys. Come home to a completely stocked kitchen and a space that is a 10 minute drive from Heavenly. Rather enjoy the snow in a different setting? The river and meadow is a less than two minute walk from this home which rests in a "local's" neighborhood. Hot Tub on backyard deck can seat 6 comfortably. The bed situation is as follows: King (Master Bedroom) Queen (Bedroom 2) Queen (Bedroom 3) Two twin Beds (Bedroom 4) Queen sofa bed (very comfortable sofa pullout) Small hide-a-bed which is a twin (in Master Bedroom) *We will respond to your request ASAP, we will do our very best to not make you wait to hear from us. * During the Spring and Summer the backyard deck has a table with six chairs along with a propane grill and charcoal barbeque for outdoor cooking. During the Fall and Winter these items are stored in the garage. Parking: There is on site parking for up to four cars, two small cars can fit in the garage and two larger cars can fit in the driveway. Two large SUVs will not fit into the garage as space is limited. Vehicles are not allowed to park in the street. Vehicles parked on the city street can be cited by the city and subject to fine of $1,000. Noise: In 2017 the City of South Lake Tahoe enacted regulations that restrict parking and noise. No excessive noise is allowed between the hours of 10pm and 8am. We love our neighbors and want them to remain friends- please be respectful and keep noise down between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Guest access It's all yours! Please store your ski equipment in the garage so we can keep the space as clean as possible for all of our guests. Other things to note What a great place to call home base while you experience 'SLT' (South Lake Tahoe) like a local. Live like a true Tahoe local (you may even start adapting to 'Tahoe Time') with all the comforts, luxuries and amenities you need to still feel like you are on a vacation.
