It is a beautiful one level property in River Club that guests have the privacy of a gated golf course community with access to the beach amenities at Litchfield by the Sea Resort! This 3 bedroom/ 2 full bath condo with a has a well equipped kitchen easily accessible from the entryway. Vaulted ceilings in the living space create a nice open space. This condo has stackable washer and dryer. Enjoy the extra sitting and lounging area off the primary bedroom. The space This is the end unit of townhomes with a private deck looking out to a golf course. Master bedroom has a king bed and additional sitting area with wall of windows. Guest access Gated golf course community has community pool area. With this rental, you will receive gate access to Litchfield By The Sea to enjoy parking at the beach, tennis and pickleball courts, fishing pier, and miles of paved walkways. This unit has 2 parking spots. No motorcycles, campers, or trailers. Other things to note You will be provided with just about everything you'll need... clean fresh bed and bath linens for each bedroom and bathroom. We also welcome you with a starter pack of soap, toilet paper, roll of paper towels, dish tabs/liquid dish soap, hand soap, and trash bags....anything additional you will need to bring. There is no housekeeping services available. We offer keyless check-in! No need to stand in registration lines! *We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, WIFI and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day. *We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay. *Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
