Pool and Spa can be heated for $35 per day The space The beautiful south facing pool deck is a wonderful place, perfect for morning coffee with all day sun, cooking those family BBQ’s on the gas grill while the kids are in the pool or just simply relaxing reading a book. The Bedroom layout is: Upper Floor- Rm 1 - King Ensuite Room with Private bathroom with garden tub, walk in shower, walk in closet and toilet, ceiling fan, tv, closet and black out curtains Rm 2 - King Ensuite Room with Private bathroom with garden tub, walk in shower, toilet, ceiling fan, tv and black out curtains Rm 3 - A room with 1 single bed , a bunk bed that sleeps 2 guest below and and single on top (total beds can sleep 4 guest) Rm 4 - A twin room with 2 single beds There is Full Bathroom next to Rm 3 and Rm 4 Ground Floor- Rm 5- a full size room with Tv, ceiling fan and closet. Across the hall is a full bathroom On the ground floor there is a Formal dining area can seat 8 guests and there is an additional dining for 4 in the kitchen area. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a double door Fridge Freezer, Cooker/Oven, Microwave and Dishwasher. There is 12 Cup Coffee Brewer Machine and a toaster oven. Most cooking utensils are provided and there is ample plates glasses and cups and cutlery The Laundry room with a Washing Machine and Dryer is also located in the garage behind the cupboard doors. Recent updates to include new black out curtains in every room and all rooms have been recently painted and a Bunk Bed in one of the twin rooms, so that room can sleep 4 guests Guest access This is a private detached Villa, Guest have exclusive access to the whole home, the large screened pool deck, and the driveway which parks 2 cars Other things to note Grill use is Free at this home, just replace the tank when empty and empty the drip tray and remove excess food. If you want its cleaned before your arrival the fee is $25 Pool and Spa heat is $35 per day Please note that this home is priced lower than my other homes.
