STARTER SUPPLIES We’ve prepared the home with starter supplies, including toiletries, towels, and kitchen and bathroom essentials, so you can settle in right away. For longer stays or larger groups, Publix and other grocery stores are just a few minutes’ drive away. AIR CONDITIONING Please set the AC to around 75°F. Avoid going below 70°F or running it with doors or windows open, as the unit may freeze up or malfunction. POOL & HOT TUB HEATING ★ Season: Heating is generally not needed from June 1 to October 1. ★ Shared Heater: The pool and hot tub share one heater, so the hot tub can’t be heated separately. ★ Warm-up Time: Heating starts on the first night of your booked dates. Water typically takes up to 24 hours to reach about 85°F (up to 2 days in winter, depending on weather and equipment). ★ Heater Issues: If the heater isn’t working, please tell us promptly. Any refund or adjustment will be handled case by case, based on the service delivered. POOL & HOT TUB SAFETY ★ Supervision: Please supervise children at all times around the pool and hot tub. Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub. ★ Safety Gate: If kids are staying, please keep the pool safety gate closed at all times. ★ Pool Rules: For everyone’s safety, no glass, running, or diving anywhere in the pool area. Please check the water depth before entering. ★ Hot Tub Care: Water can be hot, so please check the temperature before getting in. Please limit soaking time, and the hot tub is not recommended for young children or for guests who are pregnant or have health concerns. ★ No Lifeguard: There is no lifeguard on duty, so please swim and soak with care.
