Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited indoors to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere. Due to Hawaii's warm, tropical climate, it's not uncommon to occasionally encounter small critters, even indoors. We take great care to manage this by regularly cleaning and treating the property, but the natural environment can sometimes invite these little visitors inside. As a friendly reminder, we do have a regular pest company servicing our home. Additionally, please be aware that the local frogs can be quite vocal at night, which may keep you up if you're not used to the sounds of nature. No Shoes Policy: To ensure a clean environment and avoid carpet/rug stains, we do not allow shoes indoors. TAT#0139552256
