Beautiful house on golf course/Near Disney

The house is located within the stunning Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club complex. Whether with friends or family, the house has all the amenities you need for your stay! The space Enjoy your coffee in the tranquility and comfort of the screened-in patio with a view of the golf course. This is a 24-hour gated community with a guard at the entrance. You have access to the nearby community pool, a tennis court, and a children's park. There is a restaurant in the golf clubhouse. Within walking distance, you'll find Walmart and several other shops and restaurants nearby. For theme park and magic lovers, the house is located about 30 to 45 minutes from Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Legoland is just 20 minutes away. You can also visit Cocoa Beach or Clearwater Beach, approximately 1.5 hours away. Bedroom 1: King bed - TV Bedroom 2: Queen bed - TV Bedroom 3: Queen bed - Crib - TV Guest access The guests have access to the entire house except for the garage (they have access to the washer and dryer in the garage). Two closets are locked. Other things to note 🚗 Parking Information: Street parking is permitted and easily accessible. Please make sure to park only where allowed and follow community parking rules. No Trailers: Trailers and oversized vehicles are not allowed in the community. A starter kit is provided: 2 trash bags per trash can 1 roll of paper towels 1 small bottle of dish soap 2 dishwasher tablets 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet 1 body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion per toilet Number of Keurig coffee pods per guest We recommend purchasing the basic necessities for the remainder of your stay during your shopping trip.
