Airstream overlooking the S. Harpeth River

This cozy getaway on the South Harpeth River is perfect for those looking for a peaceful country retreat. This airstream offers its guests the perfect opportunity to unplug and live the simple life. This is a hobby mini-farm. Owners are often accessing the property and staying in the main residence while the airstream is all yours! Owners will give renters all the privacy they want. Sauna in barn for owners to use. Outdoor shower and soaking tub for use by the airstream guests. The space A private airstream with its own "off road" entrance located behind a larger (4 bed 2 bath) cabin that is a 1 minute walk away. Airstream and house are within sight of one another but also sufficiently private from one another in my opinion). There's a barn in between the airstream and home and separate drives to each space. We have chickens and a rooster (you will hear him during your stay). We have 3 very friendly cats we keep outside/in the barn/on our porch but they free range around the property regularly. A three minute walk to the river. There are views of pastures to the right and left. Owners do keep their personal belongings in the airstream. Immediate neighbors are farms and rural residences. Directly on the south Harpeth river - great fishing, floating and kayaking. Airstream parking is very convenient as you can pull right up to the trailer. Walkable South Harpeth road or stroll down to the river for an outdoor excursion. Percy Warner Park is 15 minutes away. LL Burns park is 10 minutes away in downtown Kingston Springs. Beautiful gardens and sounds of wildlife, wind, and peace. Kitchenette includes French press coffee, electric stove top, fridge with freezer, & brevile toaster oven and a electric hot water kettle. No dishwasher or full size oven. Small bathroom equipped with cold water only walk-in shower, sink and toilet (but we only use outdoor bath and shower with cold and hot water features - as indoor shower is very small and only has cold water). Outdoor bath water pressure is low but fills up in 30 minutes. Equipped with heat and AC, running water, a full bath. Guest access Guests can access airstream, outdoor shower and bath, and the road to the river (and obviously the river!).
