Located less than 10 minutes from downtown and directly backing up against a spectacular view of the Barton Creek Greenbelt. The property provides plenty of space for families and friends to gather while providing fast access to the best that Austin has to offer. This peaceful, off the beaten track, villa is a perfect place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with family and friends. It is a 5200 sq ft, custom designed Tuscan villa, with incredible attention to detail. Comprised of stone walls, stained concrete floors, and soaring beamed cathedral ceilings, it sits in a tranquil setting on a full acre backing up to the Barton Creek Greenbelt and sleeps up to 18 people. The villa is a perfect gathering spot, with a spacious, luxurious chef's kitchen, open floor plan, large bedrooms, and lots of light and a relaxing view of the trees, Barton Creek Greenbelt. You enter through a private gate, along driveway into a beautiful courtyard with a large fountain. The living room is 22.5' x 35.5' with soaring ceilings and a stone gas fireplace. The chef's kitchen has plenty of space to cook and gather, with an - Oversized island w/ seating for 7 - Granite counters - 48" Wolf six-burner dual oven range - Subzero fridge - Large walk-in pantry - Butler's pantry - Ice maker The private main suite on the second floor has high ceilings and opens to a covered balcony with a view. Three additional spacious bedrooms are all furnished with king-sized beds (one has an additional king-sized daybed). 3 bedrooms have walk-in closets. We have 2 sleeper sofas in common areas, a twin-sized one in a loft at the top of the stairs near the main suite, and a double-sized one in the office. Large L-shaped covered rear porch with ceiling fans can be enjoyed throughout the day and is furnished with outdoor seating, overlooking the park-like backyard and views. The backyard has a fire pit as well as a 4-burner Weber grill to BBQ. Sunset Valley is in Travis County and is one of the best places to live in Texas. Sunset Valley offers residents a rural feel with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. No smoking inside, no guns, axes, knives, bows and arrows or weapons of any sort. No parties or events are allowed per Airbnb policy. Please inquire about events/large gatherings before booking. Guest must be 25 or older to rent the house. ***To ensure compliance with our outdoor quiet hours policy after 10pm and to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we may require a deposit for all stays. This deposit helps cover any potential damages or violations of the house rules, including unauthorized gatherings or excessive noise. The full amount is refundable, provided there are no issues during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our property enjoyable for everyone. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 5200 sqft property sitting on 1 acre of greenspace. *Maximum 5 vehicles allowed on premises.
