The space Two large bedrooms and an oversized living space with an additional queen size bed and a foam mattress are available for your enjoyment and comfort. Comfortably sleep up to 12 people with refreshments supplied and a large 70” tv for gathering with the family when you want to just stay in. Please note this home is on the 2nd floor and has hard wood floors and thus hard wood floors make noise, the floors are insulated and thus walking around will NOT disturb other units. Please review photos to ensure hardwood floors are suitable for your needs. If you are in need of laundry services please make note this is a paid addition and is shared with other units in the home, please ensure you inquire before check in to ensure proper expectations are set for your stay. Other things to note Lower NYC is 20 min, Midtown 35 min & upper NYC 40 min by car. Located 20 min away from MetLife/American Dream & 30 min from Barclays You will find that there will be refreshments stocked throughout the kitchen for your enjoyment. We understand how after a long day of traveling or being on your feet exploring NYC and the surrounding areas you may just want an accessible snack while you await your food delivery, or the dinner on your stove. We ensure that the home is stocked with all the necessary equipment needed in order to enjoy a home cooked meal if you so choose. The downtown area also features many local shops and restaurants for your enjoyment. Please always ask about pets before visiting/reserving. There is a one time pet fee per stay with pets to allow us to properly treat the home for any fur/hair and pet allergies for future guests. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE A STRICTLY NON-SMOKING RESIDENCE, EVIDENCE OF SMOKING OF ANY KIND WILL ENCOURAGE A $750 DEEP CLEANING AND SANITATION FEE. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES, ANY AND ALL EVIDENCE OF ANY PARTY OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS WILL INCUR A $1250 PENALTY. NO MOVEMENT OF FURNITURE, ANY MOVEMENT OF FURNITURE WILL INCUR A $500 FEE. PLEASE BOOK FOR YOUR ACCURATE TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY UNCONFIRMED GUESTS A RATE OF $150/PER PERSON PER NIGHT.Please ABSOLUTELY NO UNACCOUNTED VISITORS!
