A $30 per night per pet fee will be charged through Airbnb the following morning after check-in. NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED AT THIS HOME. The space Built in 1929, our spacious 2300 sq. ft home is centrally located in a historic, tree-filled neighborhood with sidewalks (a rarity in Nashville!). Easy access to Vanderbilt, the Frist Museum, Lower Broadway, Cheekwood Museum and Botanical Gardens, and many other Nashville attractions. A baby grand piano awaits you in the living room (an excellent place to play music!) and the private master bedroom includes a boudoir and big bathroom. Enjoy the swing on the front porch, or lounge on the hammock in the sunshine on the back deck that looks out onto a large, magnolia-lined fenced-in yard. For those who like to cook, there is an enormous kitchen, large kitchen table, and a dining room that seats eight people. Our house has always been filled with friends, music, books, and art, and I hope you will enjoy the warmth of its very special atmosphere. Pets are welcome.
