The space This is a two story property, a spacious living room and dining room. 3 bedrooms upstairs and one den/bedroom downstairs with attached full bath that can be closed off from the dining area for an extra bedroom if desired. Attached garage with shared laundry (with back apartment) in the garage. We provide guests with supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels trash bags, coffee for the first few days to get you started Guest access The full front house, front patio, garage, and side yard on the left of the home. Other things to note There is a separate rental apartment above the garage with a yearly occupant that has shared access to washer and dryer in garage.
