This is a conveniently located ground-floor condo in a historic Savannah Grey Brick building across from the famous Colonial Park Cemetery. When you enter the common space (via the code we provide 24-48 hours in advance), you'll take an immediate right to unit A-1 and input the access code provided before-in. Inside, you'll enter into the main living and kitchen area. The living room is outfitted with a clean and comfortable seating area with Smart TV. The couch can be used as a pull-out bed for 2 additional guests (linens provided). The breakfast bar looks into the well-equipped kitchen which is fully stocked for a meal at home. Around the corner from the kitchen, there is a quiet and private queen-sized bedroom with lots of charging ports for devices, good lighting, and access to the large bathroom. We provide: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, laundry pods, multi-purpose cleaner, coffee, powdered creamer, sweeteners, cooking oil spray, salt and pepper, cooking utensils, cookware, dishware, drinkware, hair dryer, bathroom soaps, towels, completely made beds with all white linens, and much more! There is a common use/shared laundry room in the main vestibule at the top of the stairs. Please be mindful that this is a shared laundry unit with multiple other rentals. PARKING: There is no parking associated with this unit. The City of Savannah offers a 2-day visitor parking pass for $24 that allows you to park in any city metered parking spot, there are several right outside the door on Abercorn Street and in the surrounding block. You can also park in any city owned parking garage. Guest access Guests have private access through a common area door. The main door code is 3145. When you enter the common space you'll take an immediate right to unit A-1 and input the last 4 digits of your phone number. There is a small patio area that is shared with other units you may use as long as you are respectful of the space, the furnishings, other guests, and the plants. You’ll go out the main building door, turn left and left into the lane. Walk along side the building until you see an opening just behind your apartment. It’s a small alley between buildings. It has tables and chairs for relaxing. A secret little city garden. Other things to note There are lots of great restaurants and bars nearby!
