It is NOT really suitable for toddlers or small children as we have many carefully curated objects, artwork and furnishings throughout the space. Please note, our adjacent neighbors are friendly, lovely people and they have dogs who are also friendly, but animated and will likely bark when you arrive. They are secured in a fenced in yard. Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy. Our street is named Serenity Lane and we wish to maintain that feeling. Please respect our waterfront neighbors and stay inside the center easement should you walk down to the water’s edge (riprap only NO beach access). It’s the width of the paved street. Do not enter any piers or docks nor any private property. Please keep noise at a respectable level and no loud music or rowdy conversations outside the house. Other things to note A leisurely stroll or quick drive to the nearby newly renovated Potomac Gardens established in 1934, is a weekend bar, dance hall and live music venue popular with locals. A seven minute drive to Murphy’s store is great for last minute convenience for supplies, liquor, deli items and fishing gear. We are 20 minute drive to historic Leonardtown, a waterfront town square in the county seat with a wide selection of restaurants and shopping.
