This beautifully updated, spacious cabin home sits on a hill on a peaceful loop in Wears Valley- perfect for morning or evening walks or just taking in the peace of the Smokies and day dreamin' on one of the porches. It is located directly across from untouched National Park land with direct mountain views- you can walk right into the park land and explore. No winding/steep roads since it sits in the valley. The first floor has a large living room, dining area & updated kitchen with extra drink & wine fridges & a coffee bar! Relax with your coffee on the screened porch, front porch or side porch & soak in the hot tub at night. Queen bedroom, full bath, bunk room with 4 beds & a laundry room with washer & dryer located on the main floor. Head upstairs where the loft has a large couch with a game/tv watching area & arcade with over 60 games. It includes a desk w/a view if you absolutely need to plug in. There is a dart board, board games & even a book lending library. Take a book/leave a book! Located off of the loft is a very large, comfortable primary bedroom with a king bed, walk in barn door closet & a twin day bed- plus an oversized ensuite bathroom with vaulted ceilings, a walk-in shower & a large, jetted tub (with a view). Porches wrap around 3 sides of the cabin and include rockers, a sectional with a fire table, smaller seating area and a bed swing on the far side of the porch. There is also an outdoor eating area with a picnic table on the side porch. Hot tub is located just off the screened in porch. There is a extra large side yard that includes the play cabin and Adirondack chairs= perfect for throwing the football or playing games of tag. It doubles as a sledding hill in the winter. The charcoal grill is located near the covered carport area where there is room for multiple vehicles AND it includes an electric vehicle charger. Extra parking available for a trailer or similar on the property with owner approval. You will absolutely love this slice of heaven! Note: Guests do not have garage access nor use of the indoor fireplace. Cabin has whole home water filtration system. Front and back outdoors of cabin are video monitored for guest and property safety. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin & property except the garage/basement level. It will remain locked at all times. Guests have access to the front yard, the large side yard and kids cabin on property. Creek & pond belong to the neighbor. All adjacent neighboring homes are residential so please respect their privacy & enjoyment of their homes. Guests do not have use of the indoor fireplace. Other things to note -Guests will be provided with a starter pack including paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, dish soap & shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in each bathroom. Guest will need to provide whatever is needed for the rest of their stay. -Hot tub is drained, cleaned & sanitized between each guest stay. 4 hot tub towels are provided. -24/7 outdoor video monitoring at each entry point for guest & property safety. - Please do not light outdoor fires other than the propane fire table. There is an extra propane tank located on site for firepit & grill. If you need it- text owner. -This property is also the owner's vacation home. We treat it as a home when we visit & maintain it with care for ourselves & our guests. We kindly ask that you do the same as you make memories! -Guests do NOT have access to the neighboring creek or retention pond located at rear of the property & the back yard property line stops BEFORE the Willow Tree. Guests should use caution around the small pond & water & never leave children unattended outside. -All adjacent neighboring homes are residential- please be respectful of noise/trespass/parking. -Wildlife such as bears & coyote live in the immediate area of the cabin. Do not approach or feed! Do not leave food outside anywhere. -Trash must be placed in the wooden trash box and latched. Do NOT leave food or anything attractive to bears in your vehicles & keep them locked at all times. They are known to open car doors & they can easily climb decks. -Trash is located in a locked receptacle in the driveway. It is necessary to put it in the box because of bears. If you have overflow, please let owner know to arrange pick up. -The cabin is in the mountains - while we have monthly insect treatment, please be aware that you will see insects in & around the cabin despite our best efforts. - If guest breaks or damages anything- PLEASE let owner know BEFORE check-out so that it can be fixed for the next renter. We often only have a few hours to turn over the cabin for the next guests & want it to be perfect for every guest. *Guests will need to agree to the house rules and sign a Rental Agreement & provide a copy of driver's license to finalize the booking.
