Daylight Basement Stay

Welcome to our home! We split our home into two living spaces: we live upstairs, and this daylight basement apartment is downstairs. Two bedrooms (one king, one full), one shower, a full-sized washer & dryer, living/kitchen with fridge, counter dishwasher (post 4/15) & induction oven, and many gadgets & appliances including a 65" OLED TV, PS5 & Switch dock for your entertainment. There is a unique walkway next to the designated parking space to the private entrance and a gated backyard. Welcome! The space As stated in the description, there are two bedrooms. One of them has a full-sized bed and closet, and the other has a king-sized bed and walk-in closet with a desk, bookcase, and laptop charger also inside it. These two rooms should be sufficient for 3 adult guests assuming 2 guests share the king-sized bed (though the sofa back does drop down to be laid upon). There is strictly a limit to no more than 3 adults. The bathroom has a shower, two sinks, and a toilet with spray hose bidet as well as a closet with small toiletries available on the top shelf. There is a small laundry room with a sink and full-sized washer and dryer and an extra automated cat's litter box. For those with allergies, please note the house is heated by central air and our cats do have free reign when not rented (excluding the bedrooms); therefore cat dander may cause allergic reaction for some. In December 2025, we added a PlayStation 5 with two controllers and a small assortment of games both PS5 and board games. There is also a docking Station for you to bring your own Nintendo Switch to play on the 65" OLED. While we have a full kitchen in what we like to call the common area (kitchen/living combo), we are adding a countertop dishwasher starting mid-April 2026. The sliding door is the private entrance and it further protected by a metal gate with locks. Our apologies, but this is not an ADA accessible/mobility-friendly rental due to the stairs required to access the private entrance. Guest access Guests may access using the white marble stoned stairway (path) along the side of the house into the gated backyard where the entrance is located. Other things to note We have chosen to include the cleaning costs in the nightly cost instead of a separate item. The longer the stay, the deeper the clean. Please note that while we indicate that we are pet-friendly, we also ask that canine family members are not left unattended. There are many great kenneling and doggy daycare options in the area should our guests require these services. Guests are expected to invite any guests over 18 years of age to the reservation prior to visit. This is a matter of safety, security, and liability. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Adjustments to check-in and checkout times are subject to cleaner availability and the prior and following reservation dates.
