It is in a quiet, well-maintained private residential complex on the third floor. The place is nice and comfortable with green areas, parks, shopping centers, restaurants, a laundromat, and self-service stores. It has 24-hour security, and the whole family can have a comfortable, quiet and safe stay. The space This comfortable apartment offers a relaxed and cozy space that is perfect for travelers, professionals, and anyone looking for a quiet stay. The bedrooms have TVs, table lamps, ceiling fans, and electric heaters. There is a washing machine and a full kitchen. RULES AND RESTRICTIONS 🚫🚫🚫: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING These rules are STRICTLY ENFORCED. If you don't agree, DON'T BOOK. QUIET HOURS🔇 •Starts at 8:30 PM in the building. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone in the private community. Whether you are visiting for work or relaxation, this space offers comfort, togetherness and a warm place for everyone. NUMBER OF GUESTS • Only the number of guests listed in the reservation is allowed. •Couples must book for 2 guests. NO PETS ❌ •For health and allergy reasons for future guests • Emotional support animals are not allowed. NO PARTIES ALLOWED/NO SMOKING🚭 • No smoking inside the apartment. • No visitors, loud music or gatherings allowed. DAMAGE • Charges may apply if any damage is not reported during or after check-out. • Reporting problems in advance gives us the opportunity to resolve them quickly and helps avoid misunderstandings. •All rooms and appliances are thoroughly inspected before each check-in to ensure everything is clean, functional, and in good condition for your arrival. ⚠️ Please report any damage, malfunction, or broken item as soon as possible during your stay: accidents happen, and we appreciate honesty. LATE CHECK-OUT • Check-out time is strictly enforced as indicated in the reservation details. · If you need more time, please send us a message in advance to check whether there are any guests arriving on the day of your departure, and to request approval. There are smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. There is NO streaming. If you want to watch any movie apps, you must log in to your own accounts. Guest access Access to the residential complex is by code, as it has a security booth. Access to the private community is by code. You will be given the code for both electric gates. Access to the apartment: The keys are left in a small box attached to the door. You will be given the combination so you can open it. IMPORTANT: Parking is for only one car. We recommend that you arrive in your own car to make it easier and more convenient to enter and leave the residential complex (access control is provided). If you arrive by Uber or taxi, you will be given codes each time you enter, and access will be a little slower. Other things to note We always recommend reviewing all sections of the listing before booking to avoid future misunderstandings (THE RULES AND RESTRICTIONS ARE WRITTEN UNDER "THE ACCOMMODATION"). On weekends, there is low water pressure throughout the residential complex due to a lack of water pipes. It is a gated community with a 24-hour security booth. The apartment is for only one car. There is no space for more cars. If you will be arriving without your own car, you will be given access codes (please note that it takes longer to enter because you have to check in with the guards at the gatehouse).
