Unwind on the 22nd-floor rooftop pool, sauna, and BBQ deck, all just a 2-minute stroll to International Market Place and 5 minutes to Waikiki Beach. Kitchen: *Full kitchen with full-size refrigerator. *Electric range cooktop. cooking utensils & condiments. *Coffee maker. *Hot water kettle. *Microwave. *Plates, bowls, & utensils. *Cleaning supplies *In-unit washer, dryer, and dish washer. Bathroom: *Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. *Hair dryer. *Fresh hands, bath towels, and washcloths. *Beach towels. Patio: *Outdoor patio w/ chairs and table. Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM. Early check-in depends on our cleaning schedule and cannot be guaranteed, but feel free to message us around 12:00 PM on your arrival day to see if the condo is ready early. As a private vacation rental rather than a hotel, daily housekeeping isn't provided, but your unit will be professionally cleaned and prepared before you arrive. While we don't offer daily towel turnover, you're welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer anytime. Additional fresh towel sets are available upon request for $30 per set. Your stay includes one free assigned parking stall in the covered garage. The building is safe and secure, requiring an electronic key fob to access main entryways and elevators. Rooftop Amenities: Head up to the top floor to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, dry sauna, fitness room, and BBQ area with open-air seating. Location & Taxes: You are just steps from the International Market Place, with grocery markets around the corner and convenience stores right across the street. Please note that Hawaii state and local taxes (TAT and GET) are already fully calculated and included in your final platform booking total. Guest access Guests will enjoy full access to the unit, which includes a private lanai, in-unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and assigned parking—a rare perk in Waikiki. The building features a rooftop recreation deck with panoramic views of Diamond Head, the Ala Wai Canal, and Waikiki. Up here, you’ll find: * A pool (Opening Hours: 8 AM - 10 PM) * BBQ grills with shaded picnic seating * A dry sauna * Lounge chairs for sunbathing or relaxing Our building is centrally located and just a short stroll (about 5-10 minutes) to Waikiki Beach, the International Market Place, and a variety of dining spots, local shops, and convenience stores. It’s ideal for exploring the area on foot. Transportation options nearby include: * A stop for TheBus, Oahu’s public transit system * Biki stations (Hawaii’s bike-share program) * Pickup points for the Waikiki Trolley (fee-based) * Easy access to Uber/Lyft rideshare services Traveling with a little one? A Pack 'n Play is available upon request! Please bring your own sheets and blankets for your baby's comfort and hygiene. Let us know in advance if you'll need it so we can make sure it's ready for your stay. Other things to note ⚠️ Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours. Please DO NOT feed the birds or leave food on the balcony. An additional $100 cleaning surcharge for excessive bird droppings. Pool opens from 8AM until 10PM Check-in after 3:00 PM Check-out before 10:00 AM Please note that the parking space provided is a bit tight, with a height clearance of 73" and a width of 96". While normal and mid-sized SUVs will fit, you may need to maneuver carefully. For larger groups, we recommend considering a minivan instead of a large SUV. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle will fit, please check with us beforehand. For your convenience, we’ve attached a photo of the parking stall for reference. ⚠️ Any ongoing renovations or construction throughout the building are out of our control. However, if you have any concerns, we are happy to reach out to the building management prior to booking to check whether any renovations or construction projects are scheduled during your stay. Garbage Disposal Rule: Please avoid putting large food particles or excessive waste down the disposal. If a clog occurs and large particles are found in the disposal, a $200 plumbing fee will be charged. ⚠️ Important Note on Building Amenities: While we do our best to notify guests as soon as we receive notice of any scheduled closures or emergency repairs, building amenities (such as the pool, gym, or spa) may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance beyond our control.
