Renton Lake House Get Away | Shady Lake

This Shady Lake historic 1950’s lake front home is 30-minutes from Downtown Seattle in the beautiful City of Renton. This area offers an urban and suburban mix with all the amenities of a city combined with ample green trails and views of Mt. Rainier. Ideally close to I5 & public transit stations, commutes are easy and fast tracks to the airport are available. This lakeside home is a 6-minutes drive to Safeway and 15-minutes from The Landing Mall. The space Historic home with some modern renovations to the main living area and rustic/ cabin experience in the basement. This wasn’t built for luxury, it is a serene neighborhood that emphasizes a scenic view. The livable space is about 1200 sq ft with a 600 sq ft basement additional. Please note, the dock was broken by a previous guest and will note be available. We also will not be providing any boats or water toys.
