Quiet Backyard Cottage w/ Full Kitchen & bath

Our Cottage has a full kitchen with appliances, and spacious patio. The multi-use living space can take various forms to meet your needs including "Living room", Two Twins, and King modes. These are shown in the pictures There are tons of great store and dining options nearby and we are extremely close to I-95, Bolles, country clubs, churches, and downtown. and other important locations. The space Welcome to our "Transformable" Backyard Cottage! This tiny home is 371 sqft. and has a full bath, full kitchen, and deep sink. We keep it stocked with many appliances so you'll have just about anything you need to feel at home. We call our Backyard Cottage "Transformable" because it's more than meets the eye! We chose an extendable daybed so the living/sleeping space can be in one of three options. It can be in "Living Room Mode" with the daybed remaining in couch/twin bed mode, "Roommate Mode" with a trundle set up as a second twin, or "Couple Mode" with the day extended to make a king bed. Internet, T.V., and Roku included for guests to log-in to their streaming services. This little house is in our backyard and we enjoy hosting people and opening our home. This means you'll see us around and we'll be more easily available for any issues that might arise. This is our only listing and we personally clean & maintain the unit. Guest access Guest have full access to a shared patio and private access to the guest cottage It's important to note that, since this is our home, on occasion you may see us or our friends, family, or my son's jungle gym in the backyard. However, you will still have full privacy in the guest cottage. Please let us know if this is an issue. We might be able to make adjustments depending on the notice and length of your stay. Other things to note We're walking distance from Bolles School and San Jose Country Club. Depending on traffic: We're 5 minutes away from Publix, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, KFC, Wendy's, McDonald's, Starbucks Jersey Mike's, Papa John's, Little Cesar's, and many local food options! We're 5 minutes away from I-95, Epping Forest Yacht Club, and Planet Fitness. We're 10 minutes from Wal-Mart, HCA Memorial Hospital, and San Marco. We're 15 minutes away from at least 6 thrift stores, two antiques shops, and St. Vincent DePaul Hospital. We're 25 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from downtown/Jag Stadium. We're 25 minutes away from Mayo Clinic.
