Here are a couple of helpful notes so you know what to expect: GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK 👨🏾‍🦽 Accessibility — The home is mostly step-free. The front entrance has a standard doorway width. The rear entrance is narrower and may not accommodate some mobility devices. The game room (converted garage) has two small steps marked with red tape for visibility; you can also access the game room through the backyard to avoid those steps. 🏘️ Neighborhood — Bulky trash day happens at the beginning of each month. In the days leading up, you may notice items at the curb—it's part of the local neighborhood routine, not a permanent feature. 🚿 Tub Faucet Note — The family bathroom's hot and cold controls are reversed from standard (it works fine once you know!).
