The kitchen is set up to actually cook in — full-size range, real counter space — and the dining room seats the whole group at one table instead of splitting everyone across the house. Quiet DeSoto street, fifteen minutes to downtown Dallas. Sleeps a large family without anyone drawing the short straw. The space The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Bedroom 5: Bunk Beds (Queen-Over-Queen) and 1 person sofa bed Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom (Primary Bedroom Ensuite) Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom Additional Spaces: Game Room: A dedicated enclave for recreation and leisure pursuits. Gathering & Dining The dining room takes a full-size table, so the whole group eats together rather than in shifts. The kitchen is fully equipped — pots, pans, knives, bakeware, serving dishes, silverware and plates for a full house — and there is counter space for more than one person to work at once. Groups who cook a big meal here usually run the kitchen and the dining room as one space and spread into the game room afterward. Guest access Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive a message with all the instructions. If you still have questions, we’re available for you! Other things to note - Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking. - Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. - Pool:The pool is serviced twice a week during summer months and once a week during all other months. The pool technician will access the area through the backyard gate. Please note that the pool is not heated . Since the pool is outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance, Pool and kiddie pool are not heated. - Pool lights out of service. - Landscaping: Is done once a week. - Security Cameras: For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. *You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified*. - Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
