Located in the Uptown University Area uptown on a dead end street next to Tulane University. Walking distance from St Charles street car, Audubon Park, Tulane and Loyola. The French Quarter and CBD are about 15 minutes away. The space We have 2 full bedrooms with closets and dressers. Each have their own window unit, fan, and queen sized bed. The living room includes a large comfortable sofa and a futon. The bathrooms have toiletries to get you started. The kitchen has plates, utensils, glasses, cookware, and a variety of extras. There is storage for bikes in the laundry room. Shared access to the backyard. Guest access Guests have full access to the downstairs portion of the home including the laundry room. The backyard is shared. Other things to note Non Aggressive Breed Dogs allowed. Must have prior approval of bringing a dog. No cats allowed. Pet fee will be applied.
