Centrally located Townhome only 12 miles from Disney/Theme Parks. This spacious and Family Friendly home includes a private pool, 4 Bedrooms/3 Bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen including up to date appliances to accommodate and sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. Guest access Guests have access to the Private Pool with an option of heat, fast Wi-Fi and free access to resort-style amenities featuring Swimming Pools, a Lazy River, Kids Splash Zone, Fitness Center, Movie Theater, Tennis Courts, Restaurant, Tiki Bar, Beach Volleyball, Arcade Room + More. Amenities are located 5 minutes away at the Oasis Clubhouse. Other things to note Champions Gate Resort amenities are included free of charge with your stay. Private pool with no heat is free. Private pool with heat is a fee of $25 each day and you must request this at least 48 hrs prior to your check-in. BBQ Rental is a fee of $65 per stay. COMPLIMENTARY SUPPLIES: We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap/sponge, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and garbage bags. BBQ RENTAL: Use of the 4-Burner Propane BBQ Grill is a fee of $65 for the entire stay. This includes grill cleaning and propane. BBQ utensils are available for use. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the BBQ Grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out. THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide complimentary household products, we recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals. The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge of $400.00 minimum. Excessive required cleaning or a double clean is charged $200.00. Please place garbage/recyclables into garbage bags and then into the benches on porch during your stay. Trash is picked up daily.
