All other areas of the home are strictly off-limits. 2. Please be respectful of our home and of the neighbors - this is a quiet home, and as such we require that guests avoid loud music. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted. 3. Kitchen is not shared. We hope to host you soon! ****Other things to note:**** By booking, you agree to all house rules: 1. If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge. 2. Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and / or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. 3. No extra guests are allowed without reservation to stay at the premise. Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors. we use a Noise Aware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have viviny cameras in the front of the house for security purposes. 4. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. 5. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. 6. Makeup Remover Wipes: - Please use the makeup remover wipes in the bathroom to remove makeup instead of towel. 7. Because the bathroom is shared, we kindly ask that every guest takes care of their personal belongings and ensures the cleanliness is acceptable for other guests. Although the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned before each guest checks in, there is still a possibility that it may be used by guests from the other bedroom. This means there could be signs of previous use, such as hairs or other items. If the bathroom is ever too messy or not up to your standards, please feel free to contact the host, and we will take care of it promptly. 8. Please close the front door after 8:00 PM for security reasons. Between approximately 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, the extreme heat causes the metal front door to expand, making it difficult to open. To make access easier, we place a brick at the door to keep it slightly open during those hours. After 8:00 PM, please remove the brick and make sure the front door is fully closed and locked. 9. Please return the keys and gate remote to the original lockbox. Missing keys or gate remotes may result in a $100 penalty. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
