PERMIT#:332165 The space The listing is for our connected apartment to our house which features a full kitchen, dining, and living area. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, another with a king. The bedrooms share a jack & jill style bathroom with a shower and dual sinks. We live downstairs on the main floor. The apartment is above our garage and has its own separate entrance and is closed off from the rest of our house. The house is pretty much brand new, built in 2022 by a nationally famous builder. The apartment is accessible via a direct access stairwell from outside, or via the garage inside. We live in the house with our 3 year old daughter, so we ask that guests are courteous in the evenings. We also have a small dog, so those allergic may way to be aware. The apartment has amazing wifi, a 46" flat screen TV, Sonos in every room, and is super peaceful. We just added a washer and dryer as well! We also have an extra pack and play for a baby to sleep in and some extra baby toys. We're also just downstairs, so if you ever need anything, we're happy to help! A few notes: * we just added a washer and dryer available for your use. * We have a small cooling unit in the apartment. It can get hot during the day but we ask that you only run the unit when home... Tahoe is mild at night, so just crack a window! Guest access This listing is for the 2 bedroom apartment attached to the house. In non-snowy times, there's a nice outdoor space to hang out. We have a hot-tub as well and access can be negotiated when it's not accessible due to snow. Other things to note We’re just a few minutes from everything Tahoe has to offer. You can be on the mountain or beach within minutes. Apartment is a good fit for 4 adults. Kids under 5 years old do not count against max. No street parking available.
