Cute & Cozy Home in Central Jax

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, bonus office area, and kitchen. 8 min to downtown 18 min to Mayo Clinic 22 min to JAX airport 25 min to beach Included with the home is a large shared yard & a private driveway for 2-3 vehicles, but house is part of a larger property with a detached cottage in the back, who shares the yard and laundry. Home comes with Wi-Fi, games. High chair, pack n play, and more! The space This is a 3 bedroom house on a shared property with another detached 1 bedroom cottage. There is a full kitchen, stocked with all your cooking and long term stay needs. There is a dining area and we have room for up to 6 guests to eat as well as a small high chair for small children. There is a living room with a smart tv and comfortable couch plus 2 chairs for lounging or watching tv, as well as a little reading area and office space when you first walk in with a desk and a desk chair. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a full closet for your use. 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and one has a full bed. Bathroom has two vanities and a tub/shower combo. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main house, completely private, except the for attached laundry room on the back of the house. So if guests want to exit through the back door, they exit through the shared laundry room. Cottage guests have access to the laundry room, but typically work out a schedule with main house guests to not disturb guests. There is a shared yard in the backyard that both main house and cottage guests have access to, but it is typically only used by main house guests. This yard is partially fenced but not fully fenced. Guests do not have access to the garage, but please inquire if you need some space and an arrangement may be able to be worked out. Guests have entire driveway and front yard to themselves. Other things to note We know how special pets can be and have a dog of our own who we travel with. Pets are welcomed but must be approved first and there is a $50 pet fee per pet for every month you stay. You will also be responsible for keeping pets off furniture or bringing special pet blankets for them and picking up all pet waste.
