Unwind on the large sectional sofa in the living room, featuring a 75" TV with immersive Bluetooth surround sound system and gigabit Wi-Fi. Card and board games available. The adjacent dining area provides seating for up to 10, perfect for sharing meals and making memories. The beautiful, updated kitchen is a chef's delight, well-stocked with brand new appliances and everything you need for home-cooked meals. It includes a dual K-cup and full carafe coffee pot (starter coffee provided), a Ninja blender, toaster oven, and an electric wine opener. Best of all, you can enjoy lovely views of the water through large picture windows while you cook. Bedroom and Bathrooms: All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor (two floors up from the garage), maximizing the stunning marsh views. • Primary Suite: Features a king bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress, a private updated bathroom with a walk-in shower, 55" Roku smart TV, and a dedicated desk with a marsh view for those who need to work remotely. • Queen Bedroom: Offers a cozy queen bed with a memory foam mattress and a Roku smart TV. • Bunk Room: Perfect for kids or groups, this room includes a queen-under-twin bunk bed plus an additional twin bunk and a Roku smart TV. An extra twin mattress is also available, as well as a pack-n-play crib with mattress and sheets provided. Our home has three fully renovated bathrooms: a private ensuite in the primary, a full bathroom with a tub on the second floor, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a brand new large washer/dryer on the main floor. We provide all essential bathroom amenities, including towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Outdoor Living & Dock: Step outside to your private oasis. The property features a secluded, fenced backyard with a private putting green, an upper deck with outdoor furniture for soaking in the peaceful creek views, gas fire pit, and a lower screened-in porch with ceiling fan and foosball table! A gated entrance leads to your private dock on a deep-water creek. Keep an eye out for fascinating local wildlife, including birds, fish, and even the occasional otter or dolphin! The Neighborhood: Our home is ideally located for exploring the area. You are just 15 minutes from the historic charm of downtown Savannah and the beautiful beaches of Tybee Island. Fine dining and shopping are nearby and a marina for boat rentals and fishing charters is only four minutes away. Great spot for group visits to Savannah for Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, St Patrick’s Day, SCAD events, Girl Scout trips, and Tybee’s summer season. Getting Around: The property is convenient to I-95 and includes private parking for up to four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). We also offer a Tesla Level 2 EV charger for your electric vehicle. Guest access Check in: Entry is keyless and secure 24/7 via a smart lock. You will receive a unique code for your stay and detailed, step-by-step instructions with your access code before your arrival. Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house, including all rooms, the garage, the back deck, the screened-in porch, and the fenced backyard - including a private 3-hole putting green! You also have full access to the private dock on the creek. For your convenience, the garage stores beach and lawn gear: • 4 beach chairs • 2 Lawn chairs • Folding table • Corn hole set Other things to note • Security: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon dioxide detectors. • Local Wildlife: Our coastal area is home to beautiful wildlife and some local pests. We have regular professional pest control, but you may occasionally see a bug, particularly "Palmetto bugs." This is a normal part of the local environment and will not be a reason for a refund. • Stairs: Please note that all three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, which is two floors up from the garage level and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. • Please use caution on the dock. Not all areas have handrails. The ramp to the floating dock can at times be slippery. • Swimming in the creek: swim at your own risk. The water is muddy and the bottom is thick mud with oysters scattered about. The dock does not have a ladder and so it’s not easy to get back out. Of course any manner of marine life could be present at any time. It is really beautiful to observe from the dock! The Tybee beaches are great for swimming.
