Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. The pool is heated during the winter months. Starting in May, pool is not heated due to 100+ weather. We cannot guarantee a specific pool temperature during your stay, but will try to accommodate every request. Please note there is not central heating in the home. There are portable heaters on site. In order to keep our backyard and pool staying beautiful, we have specialty services that come weekly/monthly. Our pool cleaners come Monday or Tuesday mornings. Our landscapers come Tuesdays every 3 weeks. Trash and recycle is taken to the curb and returned every Sunday and Monday morning. Both are discrete and will only access the backyard through the side gate. They will not disturb you.
