Pet-Friendly Beach Escape | Walk to Shore

Relax on the balcony with a beautiful water view, walk to the pier, and enjoy nearby restaurants, golf, and entertainment. Featuring a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer, SeaDreamer is perfect for weekend getaways, winter escapes, and extended stays. ☀️ Snowbirds welcome! Monthly stays available October–May. Book your coastal getaway today! The space You will have access to the entire condo. Please note that it is a cozy space. We are located on the first floor right by the stairs, but it’s technically the second floor since parking is under the building. There is no elevator access so all guests must be able to climb a few stairs. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. All mid-term renters must sign a separate Rental Agreement which we will send after booking. Mid-term rentals are 28 days or longer from October 1st - May 21. The public beach access is less than 100 ft away making it super convenient. Walk to the Garden City Pier, Garden City Grocery and a handful of other bars and restaurants. Pawley’s Island is 20 mins south and Myrtle Beach is 30mins north. The Marsh Walk is only 10mins away. Coastal Carolina University is 30 mins away. There are plenty golf courses within a 5-10min drive. Please note that our HOA does not allow golf carts, boats, trailers or campers on the property. Pets- no cats please. Owner is highly allergic. A $50 pet fee for dog will be issued upon booking. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo minus the locked cabinets which are for owner use only. Other things to note Bookings for 28 days or longer are considered long term stays and are only available Oct 1 through the Friday prior to Memorial Day weekend. A non refundable pet fee of $50 will be requested through the Air B n B app after booking. Linens are not provided for long term stays. Monthly cleaning fees for long term guests will be charged $150 through the Airbnb app. Guests can let us know the best day to schedule the monthly clean. A signed rental agreement is due at the time at booking for long term stays. Owner will send a fillable pdf to the guest.
