Our quiet 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home has sweeping views of Quartermaster Harbor from inside and wrap around deck (with grill). Newly remodeled kitchen and the house is filled with art. Upper lawn is fully fenced, great for kids and dogs, while the large lower lawn is open and ready for activity. 80s Arcade machine with Defender, Joust, and others. Weight set. Covered and outdoor parking on property. The home is 5 minutes from downtown Vashon, and 2 minutes from the Burton Coffee Stand. The space Our modest three bedroom, two bathroom home sits on a quiet hill with sweeping views of Quartermaster Harbor. The upper yard is fenced and safe for animals and children. The rest of the yard is a hill below the house, unfenced, and a place where deer and other wildlife frequently visit. There is ample parking, with a large open driveway, and a carport. The master bedroom has a king bed, a sliding glass door to the deck with great views of the harbor. It has an ensuite bathroom, a TV, and two closets. The second room (the Blue room) has a queen bed, two closets, and large window with trees outside. The bunk room has a twin-over-full bunk bed, a large Danish couch, a desk, and a closet. The second bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and houses the clothes washer and dryer. The large living room is filled with oversized furniture, including a large, rustic dining table near the wall-sized window that looks out over the harbor. The kitchen is newly remodeled, with new appliances, countertops, lighting, etc. It has a breakfast nook with another large, harbor-facing window and French doors to the wrap around deck. The kitchen is well equipped, with toaster, coffee maker and French press, tea pot, and rice cooker, and stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, oil, balsamic, and spices. Other amenities include a 55-pound weight set, a barbecue grill, board and mystery games, and a 1980s arcade machine with Defender, Joust, Mortal Kombat, and other games from the time. we also have the 1971 Gnip-Gnop game, which we won't describe here... Guest access The front door has keyless-entry, and guests will be mailed an entry code for arrival. The side doors are key-driven and must be intentionally locked and unlocked with the key.
