Let’s start on the ground floor: Here, you’ll find one of the four bedrooms, which features a queen-sized bed, and the garage, which has parking for one vehicle. Parking space is like gold in Seattle, and you’ll have plenty. The spacious kitchen sits on the second floor, where its wood-tone cabinets and stainless steel appliances warm nicely with the sunshine that streams in through generous windows and glows on the timeless hardwood flooring. The dining table seats eight, and that space flows smoothly into the living room, which features a sectional couch and has complete visibility into the kitchen, making for a cohesive floor plan that invites connectedness and encourages conversation. Of course, the food scene in Seattle is excellent, but just in case you’re feeling like a night in, the cabinets here are well-appointed with all the necessities for cooking meals at home for those nights when you feel like staying in or for a big weekend brunch. The top-of-the-line gas range even includes a middle burner for especially ambitious cooks! Don’t worry about coffee or bringing your own water, either — we’ve got you covered with a filter in the fridge and stocked coffee. Lastly, the second floor houses an extra bedroom, complete with bunk beds, ample closet space, a large wall-mounted television, and a full bathroom. Did we mention the jack-and-jill vanity and fully-tiled walls in this bathroom? You won’t find a more luxurious bathroom in a fine hotel! On floor three, the master bedroom commands a beautiful space with more floor-to-ceiling windows, sun-drenched flooring, and a sleek master bath with an enormous mirror. Just down the hall is a third bedroom, another full bathroom, and even laundry; in this modern home, nobody will want for extra space, amenities, or bathroom access.
