Just 3 miles or 5 minutes to I-4 and only 30 minutes from Orlando Airport, and 60 minutes from either coast for beaches. It’s the perfect location. We welcome seasoned primary bookers and travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home. Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. Dining Area and Kitchen Off the living room is the formal dining room which seats six. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to prepare a quick snack or a full family meal. Living Room There is a sofa, loveseat, and accent chair to relax and enjoy the entertainment on the large flat screen TV. A ceiling fan keeps the space comfortable, and sliding doors lead directly to the pool area. Bedrooms One-story home. Bedroom 1 Master bedroom with king bed, 32-inch flat screen Smart TV, ceiling fan, pool views, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 Master bedroom with king bed, 32-inch TV, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 Bunk beds sleeping 3, 32-inch flat screen TV, ceiling fan, PS4 with two controllers, and a variety of games. Bedroom 4 Two twin beds, 32-inch flat screen TV, ceiling fan, Mickey Mouse themed. All linens are provided. Bathrooms Bathroom 1 En-suite off Bedroom 1 with walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and walk-in closet. Bathroom 2 En-suite off Bedroom 2 with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Bathroom 3 Family bathroom with bathtub and shower combination, sink, and toilet. All towels are provided. Games Room Features an electronic dart board and a gaming table for pool. A new air hockey table is currently on order. Laundry Full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and pool towels are available for guest use. Pool Everyone loves the pool area. Take advantage of the beautiful conservation views while relaxing on the sun loungers or enjoying a refreshing swim. Pool Heat Information The pool can be heated on request for an additional charge. Pool heat is recommended during winter, early spring, and cooler weeks in summer. Pool heat is set to approximately 88 degrees Fahrenheit. The achieved temperature will vary depending on weather conditions and is not guaranteed. The pool heater runs for approximately 12 to 15 hours each day and turns off overnight. Pool Heat Pricing Pool heat is optional and can be added for a minimum of five consecutive days for $200 plus tax. Additional nights are $40 per night plus tax. If pool heat is added during the stay, an additional $40 activation fee applies to cover the cost of sending a technician. Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of the stay. Exceptions may be made for stays longer than 14 nights. Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid an additional $40 activation fee. Example: Pool heat will cost $245 including tax for a seven-night stay if requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival. BBQ Grill We work with a trusted rental partner who can deliver a serviced and clean BBQ grill. Two options are available: 2-burner BBQ grill 5-burner BBQ grill Each rental includes a full propane tank. Please contact us for current availability and pricing. Starter Supplies Upon arrival, an initial starter supply will be provided, including: 1 roll of paper towels 1 dish sponge 2 dishwasher tablets 1 small dish soap 1 trash bag per bin 1 toilet roll in each bathroom 2 sachets of laundry soap Small hand soaps in each bathroom For additional needs, grocery stores such as Publix and Aldi are within three miles. We recommend purchasing extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags for longer stays. Additional Information Check-in from 4:00 PM Check-out by 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and may be subject to additional fees. After booking, guests will be required to provide: Government-issued photo identification ID selfie Names and ages of all adult guests Signed rental agreement All required information must be completed within 24 hours of booking or prior to arrival, whichever is sooner. Failure to complete these requirements may result in cancellation without refund. We welcome responsible primary bookers aged 25 and over and their families. Groups primarily under 25 or local groups are not permitted. The occupancy limit applies at all times. All reservations require a signed rental agreement confirming that no parties are permitted at this home.
