If both homes request heat for overlapping dates, the fee is split. Other things to note By Booking this house, all guests must agree to the following House Rules: **HURRICANE / STORM POLICY** -- In the event that a mandatory evacuation is issued by Baldwin County we will issue a full refund. If a mandatory evacuation is not issued we do not issue any refunds for things out of our control such as inclement weather that include rainy days, thunderstorms, flooding, etc. Therefore, we highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for your stay just in case. • No smoking - $250 Penalty • No pets - $250 Penalty • No parties or events - $250 Penalty • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement (this includes stained linens) • Extra guest fee - $25/person over the 12 person occupancy limit • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM • Check-out is 10:00 AM or earlier • No early check-in or late check out • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
