The condo is just 1.3 miles (about a 5-minute drive) to the Heavenly Village Gondola, offering access to skiing, dining, shops, & entertainment. Enjoy shared resort amenities including a heated pool & relaxing hot tub, and soak up year-round mountain-lake living — snow or sun. The space Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a feeling of welcome throughout the space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, and streaming your favorite movies on the large TV. Prepare meals and lake picnic snacks in the completely remodeled kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom boasting a TV for private viewing. The loft features a bonus sleeping space with a desk and TV, plus there is a sofa bed in the living area ensuring enough room for everyone. This condo faces the street, but it’s on the second floor and equipped with double-pane windows to greatly reduce noise. We’ve taken every step possible to ensure a comfortable and quiet stay You can rent boats, kayaks, paddle boards, and everything else to have an unforgettable lake experience at Ski Run Marina, roughly five minutes away. For wintertime fun, bring your skis and enjoy fresh powder at nearby ski resorts. Guest access The entire condo is your private space. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. If you have a second vehicle you can park it across the street at whole foods. To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
