This condo has it all, from NEWLY updated kitchen for meal prep, fresh linens for your stay, and a large balcony overlooking a peaceful pond. Large pool area with lazy river and separate kids play area. The space Each bedroom has 2 queen beds with fresh linens and each bath is prepared with bath towels and face clothes. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space. Smart TV offers personal streaming services. Washer/Dryer located in the kitchen. UPDATED kitchen appliances! *Pool /Beach towels are provided! Balcony offers cozy sofa seating as well as seating for outdoor dining. Reserved garage parking spot for one car. Additional parking available in outside parking lot. Guest access We offer keyless check in! No waiting in long registration lines! Free parking onsite. You can rent bikes onsite and walk to the beach and enjoy all the amenities of Litchfield by the Sea - tennis and pickleball courts, beach parking, outdoor shower at the beach, and scenic walking paths. You might need a car to get around town to enjoy some of the top restaurants and shopping in the area. Other things to note We welcome you with a starter pack of paper products, paper towels, bathroom tissues, and dish and laundry detergent. *We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day. *We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay. *Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
