REST AND LAYOUT The apartment is for your exclusive use during your stay and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has: • A private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a 55" TV. • An open studio with a queen-size sofa bed. • Living room with a second queen sofa bed, an additional traditional sofa, and a 47" TV. • Equipped kitchen and dining room. • A very spacious full bathroom. • Private terrace with table and chairs. The queen-size bed and two double sofa beds can accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa beds are in open areas; only the bedroom has separate privacy. YOUR OWN TERRACE Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day on your private terrace, decorated with artificial greenery and solar LED lighting. The common areas also have decor and ambient lighting that make the property cozy. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN You will find a refrigerator, stove, range hood, microwave, air fryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker and utensils to prepare your food. AMENITIES FOR RELAXING OR WORKING • Air conditioning and heating in the main living room, kitchen, and dining room areas. • High-speed Wi-Fi. • Desk with a monitor for work. • Two TVs: one in the living room and one in the bedroom. • Iron and ironing board. • Hairdryer TOUCHES TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME We provide sheets, pillowcases, pillows, blankets, bath and face towels, bathrobes, and complimentary slippers. You'll also find shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body lotion, towels, and basic makeup removers, cotton swabs, dental floss, and women's sanitary pads. WELCOME AMENITIES We welcome you with a selection of snacks and drinks that may include crisps, chocolates, seasonal sweets, dried fruit, bottled water, mineral water, coffee, and tea. The selection varies according to the season and availability. These complimentary items are provided upon arrival and are not replenished during the stay. LOCATION We are in Colonia Rubí, Tijuana, with an OXXO convenience store across the street and a shopping center with a Soriana supermarket about a 5-minute walk away. Approximate travel times by car: • 15 minutes to downtown, Zona Río, CAS and access to the border crossing. • 20 to 25 minutes to the consulate. Travel times vary depending on traffic and do not include the wait to cross the border. A comfortable place for couples, families, business trips, medical appointments or paperwork. We welcome longer stays and issue invoices. Guest access The apartment and its private terrace are exclusively for your use during your stay. The parking, entrances, and common areas are shared with guests from other private listings inside the property. PARKING INCLUDED You will have a guaranteed covered parking space inside the property. We can accommodate up to 2 vehicles per reservation, with prior approval for the second one. The automatic garage door is operated with a remote control or a button installed on the wall. SELF CHECK-IN The pedestrian gate and the apartment's smart lock have code access. You'll receive your codes on the day of arrival. You can check in anytime from 4:00 p.m., even if you arrive at night, without the need to arrange an in-person key handover. There are 3 steps to get into the property. CHILDREN AND PETS We welcome children and pets. All pets must be included in the reservation before check-in. GOOD NEIGHBORS • Parties are not allowed. • Visitors are allowed, but they may not stay overnight. • Keep the volume down and respect the other guests' peace and quiet. • No smoking inside the apartment. You can smoke in outdoor areas, keeping doors and windows closed to prevent smoke from entering. SECURITY AND ACCESS The property has an automatic gate, a pedestrian gate with a code, a smart lock, and an electrified perimeter fence. There are outdoor cameras that cover the common courtyard, the street and the carport entrance. COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS AND BILLING Snacks and drinks are provided as a welcome gift and are not replenished during the stay. The variety depends on the season and availability. We issue invoices. You can request one from the host.
