Soak in one of the spa themed baths with heated floors or slow roast fresh meats on the outdoor pellet smoker/grill. Savor all the lake has to offer with class and style at this soul-soothing paradise. Guest access There is a keypad with a code that will be provided so you can easily check in and out. You can use everything except the shed, the master bathroom closet, the linen closet, and the garage. Everything else is free game. Have a blast. Other things to note • You may not exceed maximum occupancy or maximum allowed parking at any time day or night • South Lake Tahoe has highly enforced quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Please do not make any noise outdoors during quiet hours. Use of jacuzzi is strictly prohibited by law during quiet hours. • Maximum # of adults: 8 (Up to 2 kids 13 yrs and under do not count towards occupancy) • Maxiumum # of cars : 2 on parking driveway only (Street parking is strictly prohibited at Vacation Home Rentals in City of South Lake Tahoe). *** South Lake Tahoe has highly enforced quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Please do not make any noise outdoors during quiet hours. Use of jacuzzi is strictly prohibited by law during quiet hours. *** Worth Mentioning * Both the City of South Lake Tahoe & The County of El Dorado have become extremely strict in enforcement of posted rules which can be found in the rental agreement. Be sure to become familiar with said rules to avoid steep fines and visits from the authorities * This home sits in a quiet (mostly residential) neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down. * We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges and possible eviction. Note on cancellation policy: Please note that booking a visit to Lake Tahoe comes with some risks of guests wishing to cancel and receive a refund due to natural disasters or weather related events. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to reschedule your date, you must be in compliance with cancellation policy first. If there is a blizzard, road closure, fire, smoke, rock slide, avalanche and/or any other natural disasters, our cancellation policy will still be enforced as we cannot expect our property owners to be held accountable for refunds for natural disasters which are expected to occur in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range on a constant, regular basis. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO ENSURE PROTECTION IN THE EVENT YOU FEEL THE NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON. At checkout, we ask guests to please assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. While these procedures are optional for guests, they are highly appreciated to help save our cleaners time, particularly for our back to back turnovers which are very difficult in the Vacation Home Rental industry. – There is a $25 fee per night/per pet up to two pets.
