Enjoy lazy afternoons in hammocks strung between the trees, or gather with friends and family at the outdoor table seating for six on the charming patio. The expansive grass lawn is perfect for outdoor activities, while the outdoor grill invites alfresco dining. From every corner of the property, you'll feel the refreshing breeze of the Hudson, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Other things to note Groceries can be stocked in the house upon request. Absolutely no smoking of any kind!!! If you have an extended stay (longer than two weeks) we require and will provide an additional cleaning and cleaning fee. The owners of the house have a child with allergies, so no dogs are allowed. This property is nestled along the river, surrounded by nature’s beauty. As a result, you may occasionally find harmless little bugs inside, especially if windows or doors are left open. They were here long before we were and are just part of the charm of staying in such a natural setting. The Dock is taken out of the water from November - May. There is 1 air conditioner in the house that services the main gathering area of the house. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning, but are all equipped with fans and the overflowing breeze from the river through screened in windows.
