Nestled in the forest-like haven of Aspens Condominiums in beautiful Brian Head, Utah, "Treetop Views" is DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET from Giant Steps Lifts and Lodge. With views of the lift and slopes from the Master and back deck, this beautifully decorated, newly remodeled split-level condo has all new furnishings, beds, and everything else you need for your group's ultimate ski/ mountain biking adventure or Utah National Parks getaway. Walking distance to restaurants The space Feels like a cabin in the forest, but close to everything Brian Head has to offer. Quiet property with community fire pit and lots of pine trees. Brand new furnishings, gorgeous metal art, wood-burning fireplace, private gas BBQ grill, private washer/dryer, electric heating. All bedrooms are private with closing doors. Office space with comfortable sofabed and large TV in the loft for gaming or streaming. There is no cable but you are able to stream from any of your platforms, such as Netflix! **Please note, the photo of the slopes is from the master bedroom...that staircase is the fire escape and NOT the entryway to the condo. There is a catwalk with a few shallow steps here and there leading from the parking area to the front door of the condo. You can view this catwalk in the photos of the fire pit area. Guest access Parking on site is free. Restaurants, groceries, ski shop, coffee shop, Giant Steps Ski Lift, playground, pickle ball courts, basketball courts and skating rink are all within short walking distance.
