The space 1 larger room with queen bed, dresser, nightstand, closet, and 65” tv. 2nd bedroom with queen bed with dresser, nightstand, and 50” tv. 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with rollout trundle bed underneath the full. Shower without bathtub, dual bowl vanity. Living room has sectional that can seat 6 with 65” TV. All TVs are ROKU equipped. Kitchen has most necessities. There is no blender but toaster, microwave, coffeemaker with 12 cup and pod ability, stove/oven, utensils, plates, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and more. 3 chairs at the kitchen island plus small kitchen table with 4 chairs. Outdoor uncovered deck has seating and gas fireplace with gas BBQ grill. Wash tower with washer and dryer is off the kitchen. Patio with wood fireplace currently being completed. The home is newly renovated and adorable. Sofa covers for pets. 30/night pet fee. Guest access Guests can use the entire home, deck, patio, and back yard Other things to note There is a security camera that monitors the front of the home only. There are no other monitoring devices on the premises. If you bring a pet it’s an additional $30 per night.
