The space The apartment is designed for couples or people looking for a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, with modern finishes and a relaxing experience. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a conventional gas grill, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, drip coffee maker, blender, and pots and pans in excellent condition, as well as basic cooking utensils and tableware, making it ideal for preparing breakfast or light meals during your stay. Due to the layout and features of the space, it is not suitable for children. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment and the common areas of the pool and jacuzzi, according to the building's schedules and rules. For clarity, the accommodation does not include access to the gym, barbecues, or fire pit. These areas are managed by the building and are not part of the reservation. Other things to note The building maintains a quiet and safe environment, so access is intended only for guests registered in the reservation and external visitors/suppliers are not allowed to enter. In rare cases of extreme weather, temporary service interruptions may occur in the area, outside the host's control. We are 15 minutes from the San Ysidro border crossing and 25 minutes from Tijuana Airport. With a 24-hour pharmacy, supermarkets, and convenience stores just 5 minutes away. The building has its own parking lot and 24-hour security.
