Our townhome is in a quiet new neighborhood conveniently located near I-20 (between Birmingham and Atlanta) and neighboring Logan Martin Lake. Enjoy the small community vibes with amazing views of the water and natural scenery. There are several restaurants/ bar & grills, grocery store, gas stations within a 5 mile radius. We are approximately 2 miles from the Honda Assembly Plant. Currently offered: 2 queen sized guest bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a spacious living area with full kitchen. The space Upstairs: Two cozy queen-sized guest bedrooms are located on the second floor, with one full bathroom nearby. Downstairs: Enjoy a comfortable living space with a smart TV, a full-sized kitchen with an island, a dining table with four chairs, and a half bathroom. Guest access House Access: The entire house is accessible except for the master bedroom next to the laundry room, which remains locked. Parking: The driveway accommodates up to 2 cars. Other things to note Guest Policy: Please ensure that the number of guests listed in your reservation accurately reflects everyone who will enter the property, even if they are not staying overnight. All visitors must be disclosed and approved in advance. Additional guest fees may apply for cleaning. Unauthorized visitors, parties, are not permitted. Thank you for respecting the house rules.
