The open kitchen, dining and living area runs the length of the ground floor under a 75" TV, so nobody's stuck in another room. Out back, the pool and spa face the lake, with loungers and an outdoor sofa for the hours between park days. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking — full-size fridge, oven, range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware, plates and utensils for a full house. Dining seats 10 with 4 more at the counter. Downstairs there's a games room with an arcade cabinet and Xbox. Upstairs, the cinema room seats six in reclining armchairs, with a popcorn machine, minibar and microwave — this is where everyone ends up on the night after a 20,000-step park day. You have two access options, one via 1150 Whistling Straits Blvd (with gateman) and the other via Westside Blv (QR reader only). **Please provide the vehicle's license plate number for gate registration. Upon arrival, pull the car close to the barrier and wait for 5 seconds; a camera system will read the license plate and open the barrier automatically. Other things to note Stocked and ready — The house is inventoried before every stay. If something is missing or damaged, please tell us during your stay so we can fix it; missing or damaged items may be charged. Starter kit — Bath and hand towels, plus a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo and hand soap, and dishwasher pods. Laundry detergent isn't provided (allergies and personal preference). Publix is about 7 minutes away for anything else. Housekeeping — This is a self-catered vacation home. The house is professionally cleaned and sanitised before every check-in; daily housekeeping isn't included. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for a fee — just ask. Food — Florida law doesn't allow us to leave opened food in the fridge or pantry, so everything is cleared after each checkout. Optional extras • BBQ grill — $80 per stay, includes one propane tank and cleaning. Request in advance. • Pool heater — $40 per day, 3-day minimum, set to 90°F. The system works by heat exchange, so in cold or near-freezing weather it can take over 24 hours to reach temperature and may cut out on its safety cycle. We guarantee the equipment works; we can't guarantee the weather. Request in advance; no refunds for weather. • Pool maintenance visits happen on Tuesdays (occasionally rescheduled). The technician needs access to the pool area, and we recommend staying out of the water for about 3 hours afterwards. House rules • Maximum 16 guests. • Parties or events are NOT PERMITTED— this is enforced by the community and results in a fee charge and possible removal. • No pets. • No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies and common areas. Smoke detectors are monitored. Penalties: Any person who violates s.386.204 commits a noncriminal violation as defined in s.775.08(3), punishable by a fine of $250 for the first violation and $400 for each subsequent violation. • Charging electric vehicles from the home's power supply is not permitted — $200 charge. • Park in the driveway only. The HOA will tow vehicles left on the street, sidewalk or grass at the owner's expense. Please tell us how many cars , max 4 cars , you're bringing so we can issue gate codes. • Please keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running. • No food or drinks on the beds or carpeted areas, and no shoes on the carpet. • Bagged trash goes in the bin by the front door; the HOA collects daily. Bulky items (floats, boxes) go to the bin in the Oasis Club parking lot. • Check-in from 4pm, checkout by 10am. Early check-in and late checkout are sometimes available for a fee if the calendar allows — please ask in advance. Unapproved late checkout is charged a fee. Security — There are exterior security cameras covering the driveway and entrance. There are no cameras of any kind inside the home or in the pool area. Cancellation policy — Please see the cancellation terms shown on this listing for your dates; Airbnb displays the exact refund schedule at booking. Resort amenities — Oasis Club facilities are operated by the community, not by us.
