The space Modern and cozy 3rd-floor condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It includes: - 1 King bed, 1 Full bed, and 1 Twin bunk bed - Access to owner/guest-only pool, hot tub, and tennis court, just steps away - Screened-in back porch with rocking chairs overlooking the True Blue Golf Course - In-unit laundry facilities, iron, and ironing board - Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, etc. - Charcoal grill on the lawn downstairs (charcoal not provided) - Free parking in front of the apartment building Guest access You will receive check-in details, including the lock code, a couple of days before your check-in date. Your rental includes access to the five private pools and tennis courts, which are reserved for guests and owners only. Please remember to bring the wristbands for access. The charcoal grill, located on the downstairs lawn, operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Please remember to clean the grill after using it.
