BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: After your reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will receive two separate requests: • A rental agreement to review, sign, and return • A secure Truvi link to complete guest verification and select a damage protection option Both must be completed within 48 hours of booking confirmation. As part of the Truvi verification process, guests may be asked to verify their identity and will select either a refundable security deposit authorization of up to $500 or a non-refundable damage waiver. CHILD SAFETY NOTICE: This home is not childproofed and may not be suitable for young children, particularly infants, toddlers, and younger children. The home includes steep stairs and two balconies, and no special modifications have been made to childproof the property. Children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Potential hazards include, but are not limited to, stairways, balconies and railings, electrical outlets, blind/curtain cords, kitchen appliances, sliding doors, open windows, cleaning products, and the home's proximity to the beach and water. Once your reservation is accepted and confirmed: • The Vacation Rental Agreement will be sent to you through Airbnb Messages to review, sign, and return. • Truvi will contact you separately by email and/or text to complete guest verification and select a damage protection option.
