Guest access As our guest, you’ll have FREE access to the resort amenities of Champions Gate Resort - Gym, Jacuzzi, Arcade room, Lazy river, Splash pad, Waterslide, Tennis Court, Restaurant and cabanas. Other things to note Home is located in Champions Gate Resort, has 5 Bedrooms/5 Bathrooms. Street name inside the resort is Leader St, Davenport FL 33896. First floor features a queen bedroom with a bathroom in the hallway, a king suite (king size bed), kitchen, living room, laundry and the pool area. Second floor features a master suite (king size bed), a Star Wars themed bedroom (two full beds) and a queen themed bedroom. Two additional bathrooms are located in the hallway. Loft area is also located on the 2nd floor. Property offers central AC, gated community with security (all drivers are required to be pre-registered into the resort system), complimentary cable TV & Wifi, towels and linens (wash cloths are not provided), hair dryers, iron, pack’n play & booster seat. Parking is complimentary. Private pool is enclosed and has a baby barrier fence for children's safety. Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi or hot tub. It does not have jets and does not reach high temperatures. Spa and pool will have the same temperature. Optional pool and spa heat is available (minimum charge of $180 or $45 per night, whichever is greater - needs to be requested up to 2 days before arrival ). We recommend adding pool heat between the months of Nov-April. Pool temperature does not exceed 93F. Pool might take up to 24h to warm up. Pool heat works through heat exchange and it does not work efficiently in cold weather. If you opt for adding the pool heat during cold weather and heat does not work or does not reach the desired temperature, we do not refund the heat fee. Home is self-catering, meaning we provide a small welcome starter kit (to have the reservation started only) with toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, soap, sponge, laundry powder, sponge, detergent, dishwasher powder, trash bags, coffee, sugar, sweetener, salt & pepper. We highly recommend getting additional items in a supermarket nearby. Housekeeping services area available during your stay for an additional fee. Grill is available with a 3rd party company for an additional fee. We are not responsible for liability when renting or using a grill in the property. We are located 7 miles from Disney, 15 miles from Sea World, 19 miles from Universal Studios, 19 miles from Convention Center & 27 miles from Legoland.
