Crib, pack 'n play and high chair available on request. 🎮 GAME ROOM Foosball, board games and direct access to the patio. 🌴 BACKYARD Fully fenced, with a covered patio lounge, 2 picnic tables with umbrellas, sun loungers, gas BBQ grill and a ping pong table. 🏊 POOL & HEATER The private pool is heated on request: to save energy, the heater is off between stays. Message us at least one day before arrival and we'll have it warm when you get here (it takes a few hours to reach temperature). The pool also has hydro jets. No lifeguard on duty, so children must be supervised at all times. 🚗 PARKING Free parking on the private driveway. Please don't park on the lawn. 🐾 PETS Pets are welcome for an extra fee per pet; message us before booking. 📍 LOCATION The house is on Coral Way (SW 24th St) in Westchester, southwest Miami, with quick access to the expressways. Typical drive times on a Saturday morning, per Google Maps: - Florida International University (FIU): 8-14 min - Dolphin Mall: 10-22 min - Miami International Airport: 12-26 min - Coral Gables (Miracle Mile): 15-40 min - Brickell: 18-35 min - PortMiami cruise terminals: 22-45 min - South Beach: 26-45 min - Key Biscayne: 30-55 min On foot: Sedano's supermarket in 6 min and Rockway Park (playground and public pool) in 7 min. Guest access Self check-in from 4:00 PM with a smart lock; you'll get your door code and instructions before arrival. Check-out by 10:00 AM. ARRIVING EARLY OR LEAVING LATE? (e.g. from a cruise) Early check-in and late check-out are paid extras, subject to availability: - Check-in 1:30-4:00 PM: 25% of the previous night's rate - Check-in before 1:00 PM: 50% of the previous night's rate - Check-out until 1:00 PM: 35% of the following night's rate - Check-out until 6:00 PM: 75% of the following night's rate We can hold your luggage for free while we clean, but the house and backyard open at check-in time unless early check-in is booked. Other things to note - This is a family home in a residential neighborhood, so parties and events are not allowed. - Up to 10 overnight guests. Small daytime get-togethers are welcome with up to 20 people in total; with more than 15 people, a $200 extra cleaning fee may apply. - Please no confetti: it's very hard to remove from the lawn and pool, and an extra cleaning fee applies. - Pool service visits on Wednesdays and landscaping every other Wednesday. - Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday (green: trash, blue: recycling).
