The neighboring unit is close to the back of the home. * Laundry is shared and located in a room attached to the main house.
On rare occasions, another guest may access the laundry area via the back porch. * Most guests find the area peaceful and quiet, but light sleepers may want to note that sound can occasionally travel, as with many homes. If complete isolation or total privacy from neighboring guests is essential for you, this may not be the perfect fit—and we want you to choose a place you’ll truly love. Guest access You will have access to the entire newly renovated downstairs! The top floor has a separate entrance and occupied by a quiet tenant. You will have access to a large, private backyard. The yard is shared with the rear home and equipped with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs to relax on cooler evenings. Other things to note Retroville is best suited for:
